Normec i2 FAST is seeking a capable HR/Operations support to manage HR functions for laboratory staff, ensuring holidays, sickness, health and safety, inductions and records. You will coordinate workloads, resources and equipment, and align lab activities with customer requirements, delivering reliable service and data-driven improvements.

The role involves liaising with Operations Director and Quality Manager, conducting training, and maintaining competency records.

Qualifications

• Strong prioritisation and organisational skills.
• Impeccable written and verbal communication ability.
• Experience in a customer facing role.
• Excellent telephone manner and customer services skills.
• Good IT skills with Microsoft Office 365, Excel and Word.

Responsabilités

• Manage HR functions for laboratory staff in line with policies (holidays, sickness, P&DRs, Health & Safety, inductions, probation, disputes).
• Ensure lab staff have adequate resources to perform all tasks.
• Schedule workloads (people and equipment).
• Organise lab procedures, schedules and staffing to meet requirements.
• Provide lab-related customer service, troubleshooting and problem-solving.
