Teva is seeking a Chemistry Analyst to perform material and product analysis, ensuring quality and regulatory compliance. You will test components, raw materials, bulk and finished products, and maintain QC documentation to meet GMP standards.

The role requires a science degree or equivalent lab experience, with familiarity of laboratory instrumentation (FT-IR, UV-Vis, HPLC) and knowledge of cGMP/GLP. Strong teamwork and attention to detail are essential.

Competenze

  • Science degree in a relevant discipline or position-specific experience.
  • Working lab experience, ideally completed during education.
  • Pharmaceutical experience operating to regulatory standards is desirable.
  • Understanding of cGMP/GLP/Regulatory/Health and safety is desirable.
  • Good knowledge of laboratory instrumentation (FT-IR, UV-Vis, HPLC).

Mansioni

  • Test and analyse components, raw materials, bulk, CIP samples, water systems and finished product.
  • Deliver high customer service by timely testing of samples.
  • Maintain and archive QC documentation accurately for GMP compliance.
  • Monitor procurement of laboratory consumables to ensure timely testing.
  • Ensure instrument maintenance and calibration checks are performed.

A Day In The Life Of A Chemistry Analyst

As a Chemistry Analyst you will carry out Material and Product analysis in order to supply quality products to customers and meet department objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Test and analyse components/raw materials/bulk/CIP samples/water systems and finished product using the correct procedures in compliance with cGLP, cGMP, Health and safety, SOPs and environmental and regulatory requirements.
  • Deliver high customer service to all customers by testing components/raw materials/bulk and finished product in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Process, maintain and archive all QC documentation, right first time, i.e. correct and in full, in order to achieve customer service and GMP.
  • Establish performance/development goals. Maintain training records accurately, ensuring compliance with regulatory and business standards.
  • Monitor and purchase laboratory consumables ensuring availability for timely testing of all samples.
  • Ensure performance of instrument maintenance and calibration checks.
  • Assist with the method transfer process ensuring timely completion in line with manufacturing plans.
  • Assist with qualification studies on existing and new methods.
Your Skills and Experience

Do you have?

  • Science degree in a relevant discipline and/or position specific experience
  • Working lab experience ideally before but should have experience through education
  • Pharmaceutical experience operating to regulatory standards is desirable
  • Understanding of cGMP/GLP/Regulatory/Health and safety - desirable
  • Good knowledge of Laboratory instrumentation (such as FT-IR, UV-Vis, HPLC)
    • desirable but not required: SoloVPE. PA800 and SmartScope
