Aligner Corp. (Alignerr Corp.) is seeking a Chemistry Masters AI Data Trainer to design and evaluate chemistry benchmarks for next‑generation AI systems.

This fully remote, hourly contract role offers flexible scheduling for 10–40 hours per week and an opportunity to work with leading AI research teams. You will create advanced chemistry problems, craft rigorous, step‑by‑step solutions, and assess AI reasoning quality.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed a Master's in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or a closely related field.
• Strong problem-solving and deep understanding of advanced chemistry concepts.
• Able to communicate complex ideas clearly in writing.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• No prior AI experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Design advanced chemistry problems to evaluate AI performance across chemistry topics.
• Develop detailed, step-by-step solutions with rigorous reasoning.
• Evaluate AI outputs for accuracy, depth, and quality of reasoning.
• Collaborate with researchers to refine benchmarks from undergrad to Master’s level.
• Provide clear, structured written feedback to improve AI model performance.
