Synthomer, a global leader in polymers and ingredients, is seeking a Chemical Regulatory Data Integrity Specialist to support regulatory compliance and ensure high-quality data across SAP EHS. The role sits in the Product Stewardship team and offers training, development, and exposure to global regulatory activities.

Qualifications

• A degree in Chemistry or a related scientific discipline, or relevant experience in Regulatory Affairs, Product Stewardship, EHS, SHE or Compliance.
• Experience using SAP EHS.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for data accuracy.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regulatory, raw material, and product data within SAP EHS (S/4 HANA).
• Identify and resolve data integrity issues.
• Support global chemical regulatory compliance, including classification, labelling, and documentation.
• Create and update Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and product labels.
• Review supplier SDS and raw material information.
• Support regulatory projects and business improvement initiatives.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Regulatory Data Integrity Specialist, you will help ensure the accuracy and integrity of critical regulatory data while supporting global compliance activities.

Key responsibilities include:

• Maintaining regulatory, raw material, and product data within SAP EHS (S/4 HANA)

• Creating and updating Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and product labels

• Reviewing supplier SDS and raw material information

• Supporting regulatory projects and business improvement initiatives

• Analysing data and providing insights to support decision-making

What We’re Looking For

• A degree in Chemistry or a related scientific discipline, or relevant experience in Regulatory Affairs, Product Stewardship, EHS, SHE, or Compliance

• Experience using SAP EHS

Desirable

• Knowledge of GHS Classification and Labelling
