Job summary

Babcock International invites high-potential graduates to join its Chemical and Process Engineering Graduate Programme. You will begin with deep-dive placements across locations, tackling real engineering challenges that power critical infrastructure and energy projects.

The two-year scheme combines formal mentoring, professional development, and rotations through design, on-site engineering and integration teams, building technical confidence toward Chartered Engineer status.

Qualifications

• Must have or be on track to achieve a BEng, MEng, BSc, or MSc degree in Chemical Engineering, Petroleum, Process Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Pharmaceutical.

Responsibilities

• Work on process engineering challenges to develop robust, innovative solutions.
• Be part of multi-disciplinary teams across locations and rotations.
• Complete four-to-six month placements to gain exposure to projects, technologies and environments.
