Job summary

British Garden Centres is seeking skilled Chefs/Cooks to prepare delicious meals according to the menu and deliver them promptly to our customers. You will follow instructions, move deftly in a busy kitchen, and utilise various ingredients and cooking techniques.

Carvery knowledge is a plus as we aim to uphold our reputation and expand our clientele. We offer no evening work, split shifts, or unsociable hours, a year-round schedule, and generous staff discounts including 50% meal discount at BGC

Qualifications

• Experience in cooking and preparing meals according to recipes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen and multi-task.
• Knowledge of carvery preparation is advantageous.

An excellent Chef/Cook must be able to follow instructions in cooking and delivering well-prepared meals. They must be deft in moving around the kitchen and apt in multi-tasking. Experience in using various ingredients and cooking techniques is also important.

The goal is to help preserve and enhance our reputation so we can expand our clientele.
