Job summary

Cosy Club Reading, part of Loungers, is seeking a Chef to craft dishes from scratch and manage the line with pride. You’ll contribute to a kitchen known for quality and a vibrant atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Chef with a track record of producing dishes from scratch.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and maintain kitchen pace.
• Team player with a positive attitude and pride in ingredients.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals from scratch and oversee line cooking during shifts.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness, safety and food hygiene standards.
• Collaborate with team to ensure products are plated to standard.

This position is available on a temporary Christmas contract. The details of the contract will be agreed upon with the hiring manager during the interview process. Any temporary contracts can be extended to permanent on the discretion of the hiring manager.
