Job summary

Welcome Break Ramada is hiring a Hotel Chef to join our kitchen team. You’ll prepare and present meals, support breakfast and dinner service, and maintain hygiene and stock levels to ensure a high standard for guests.

You will work with a friendly hotel team, learn our kitchen routines and food safety standards, and have access to training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in kitchen operations and food preparation.
• Adherence to food safety standards and hygiene.
• Willingness to learn menus and kitchen routines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and present food for guests during breakfast, dinner and busy periods.
• Keep the kitchen clean, safe and well stocked following health and safety rules.
• Assist with food prep, stock rotation and kitchen routines as trained.
• Collaborate with the hotel team to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.

As a Hotel Chef at our Welcome Break Ramada hotel, you’ll help prepare and cook food for our guests, supporting breakfast, dinner and busy service times as part of a friendly hotel team.

From food preparation and cooking to keeping the kitchen clean, safe and well organised, you’ll play an important part in making sure every guest enjoys a great meal and a comfortable stay.

What you’ll do as a Hotel Chef:

• Prepare, cook and present food for hotel guests, supporting breakfast, dinner and busy service times
• Keep the kitchen clean, safe and well stocked, following food hygiene and health & safety standards
• Support with food preparation, stock rotation, temperature checks and kitchen routines as trained
• Work closely with the hotel team to keep service running smoothly and make sure guests have a great experience
