The Castle of Brecon is recruiting experienced chefs for the festive season. Join us for an open day on Tuesday 6th October 2026 from 10am to 8pm at The Castle of Brecon, Wales. Meet the kitchen team, tour the kitchen, and learn about the roles available and our Christmas plans. If you’re reliable and enthusiastic, we’d love to hear from you!
You’ll have the opportunity to speak with the team informally and discover life at The Castle of Brecon.

Christmas is just around the corner, and here at The Castle of Brecon, we’re getting ready for a busy and exciting festive season!
We’re looking to boost our kitchen team and are particularly looking for experienced chefs to join us for the run-up to Christmas and beyond.
If you’re an experienced chef who thrives in a busy kitchen, takes pride in producing great food and enjoys being part of a strong team, we’d love to meet you!
