Kingsley Healthcare Limited invites a skilled Chef to lead daily meal planning and preparation for residents across our care facilities. The role focuses on nutritious menus, cost control, and compliance with health and safety standards.

You will inspire and supervise kitchen staff, ensure meals are appetising and well-presented, and uphold the highest levels of hygiene. Weekend/holiday availability is required to meet resident needs.

Formación

• Experience as a Chef in healthcare or hospitality preferred.
• Ability to plan nutritious menus within budget.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and prepare daily menus that meet residents' nutritional needs.
• Prepare meals that are appetising, within budget, and safe.
• Monitor stocks and order supplies as needed.
• Train and supervise kitchen staff in food preparation and service.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
