Job Description

Sushi Gourmet is recruiting a Full Time Chef Manager to support our team in Sainsbury’s kiosk in Waterlooville PO7 7UL.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading and motivating the team to deliver high-quality sushi products.
  • Ensuring compliance with food safety and health & safety regulations.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and safety standards on site.
  • Preparing fresh ingredients, including meat and raw fish products.
  • Labeling products accurately to ensure food safety and allergen compliance.
  • Managing the kiosk operations, including audit standards and customer service.

Who you are:

  • Enthusiastic, energetic, with initiative and a 'can do' attitude.
  • Flexible, reliable, and able to work early mornings starting at 6 am.
  • Good team player, able to work independently while maintaining high standards.
  • Experienced in leading teams, building confidence and capability.
  • Knowledgeable about food safety, health & safety, and brand standards.
  • Organized with good planning skills.
  • Committed to continuous learning and improvement.
