Job summary

Dine, a Compass Group service, is seeking a Chef Manager who can lead hands-on kitchen operations and also engage with clients. You’ll oversee catering for Stonegate Group at their head office, from menu planning to service delivery, and ensure compliance and financial performance.

You’ll inspire, develop and manage a team, drive food quality, and build strong client relationships while upholding food safety and company standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Chef Manager or Head Chef with strong operational experience.
• Experience in managing budgets, compliance, and service delivery.
• Passion for fresh, seasonal ingredients and high-quality service.
• Excellent communication and people leadership skills.
• Strong financial acumen with understanding of cost control and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full catering operation from food to finance to front of house.

This site provides a breakfast, lunch and hospitality service for our client, Stonegate Group at their head office.
