Job summary

Compass Group UK&I's ESS division is recruiting a Chef Manager for Rolls‑Royce Barnoldswick to lead the mobilisation of a new catering offer launching in November. You will be hands-on while managing a small, high‑performing team.

Responsibilities include day‑to‑day operation for 300–400 colleagues on site, food quality, stock control, budgets, and full compliance with Food Safety and Health & Safety procedures. Travel to site required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a catering team in a contract or workplace setting.
• Ability to manage food costs and budgets while maintaining quality.
