Job summary

Compass Group UK’s Eurest division is seeking a Catering Manager to oversee the Greenford catering operation. The role focuses on delivering excellent food, customer service and high operational standards.

You will manage day-to-day operations, lead a catering team and drive profitability while ensuring safety and allergen compliance. DBS check is required for this position, with weekly hours Monday to Friday and one weekend visit every 4–6 weeks.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a catering, hospitality or food service operation.
• Proven leadership and people-development skills.
• Strong financial acumen including budgets and stock control.
• Solid knowledge of food safety, health & safety and allergen compliance.
• Excellent organisation and communication abilities.
• Customer-focused with a passion for high service standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day catering operation and service standards.
• Lead, motivate and support the catering team.
• Manage budgets, stock control, ordering and financial performance.
