Gather and Gather in Stockport is recruiting a Chef Manager to lead a 9-person team and design menus aligned with client needs. The role runs 40 hours per week, 07:00–15:30, with a salary of £40,000 per year dependent on experience.

You will oversee food preparation, ensure timely service, and develop new service styles while collaborating with stakeholders to maintain quality and consistency.

Competenze

• Experience managing a kitchen or catering team.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to plan menus in line with client and customer needs.

Mansioni

• To invent and create menus that are in line with client and customer needs
• To produce food in a timely fashion to ensure smooth service to the customers
• To enjoy the food you produce and ensure they are ‘picture perfect’ every time
• To assist in developing and producing new service styles and food concepts
• To communicate with the relevant parties requirements for planned menus and order necessary ingredients
• Manage a team of 9
• free issue site offering breakfast and lunch, barista coffee bar
