Mai Sushi is recruiting a full-time Chef Manager to lead our team at Chester, Foregate Street. You will drive daily operations, uphold high food safety standards and ensure excellent customer service.

The role requires enthusiasm, initiative and the ability to work early shifts in a fast-paced environment, with opportunities for ongoing training and career progression within Mai Sushi.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in a fast-paced hospitality setting.
• Understanding of food safety, HACCP and allergen controls.
• Ability to follow brand standards and health & safety regulations.

Responsabilités

• Lead the kiosk team to deliver high-quality food to customers.
• Maintain audit standards for food and health & safety compliance.
• Ensure on-site cleanliness and food safety.
• Prepare fresh ingredients by hand and label products accurately.
• Shift starts can be as early as 6:00am; multi-task across duties.
