CH&CO, part of Compass Group UK&I, is seeking an ambitious Chef Manager to lead culinary delivery on a full-time basis (37.5 hours per week) at client sites around Stonehouse. This role offers real development opportunities within a large, values-driven food service organisation.

You will create high-quality menus, train and mentor teams, manage orders, stock, and budgets, and ensure Health & Safety standards are met.

Qualifications

• Hold City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent.
• Passionate about great-tasting food and service.
• Experience managing teams in a similar role.
• Strong communicator with relationship-building skills.
• Able to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Punctual and reliable with timekeeping.
• Safety-first mindset.
