Sanctuary Care is looking for an experienced Chef Manager at Allanbank Care Home in Dumfries to lead the kitchen team and deliver nutritious, restaurant-quality meals. The role is hands-on, balancing culinary excellence with staff leadership and budget awareness.

Ideal candidates have food hygiene certification, experience caring for older people, and a friendly, proactive approach in a supportive, not-for-profit setting.

Qualifications

• Lead the day to day running of the kitchen and support staff.
