Job summary

Olive Dining Ltd is seeking a Chef Manager for a secondary school. You will oversee a team of nine, ensure high standards of food quality and safety, and manage daily kitchen operations to serve 700 students each day.

The role runs Monday to Friday, 7am–3pm, term-time (42 weeks), with a salary of £39,500. A hands-on approach and food hygiene expertise are essential, with school-food experience preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Feed 700 students daily and lead a team of 9.
• Motivate and develop staff, build rapport with children, staff and parents.
• Manage day-to-day kitchen operations including allergens, stock, and ordering.

The Role:

• Chef Manager - Secondary School
• Monday to Friday
• 7am - 3pm (40 hours )
• Term time only (42 Weeks )
• Salary: £39,500

Job details:

What You’ll Need:
