Location: Garelochhead, Helensburgh

Salary: £32,552 per annum

Hours: 40 hours per week, 5 days

Your Key Responsibilities

• Supervise teams to ensure excellent food and customer service
• Oversee operational efficiency, manage inventories, monitor budgets, and implement action plans
• Communicate regularly with your line manager to track KPIs and targets
• Represent Compass Group UK&I and maintain a positive brand image
• Identify opportunities for new service concepts to increase sales
• Liaise between customers and internal teams to exceed expectations
• Support and train teams, leading by example to promote excellence
• Implement and review Health & Safety standards for compliance
