Salary: Up to £17.80 per hour depending on experience + £2000 annual bonus*

Contract: Permanent, 40 hours/week

The home features a varied, nutritious menu prepared daily by the in-house chef, tailored to residents' dietary needs and preferences. The community atmosphere encourages residents to pursue hobbies and interests, with activities organized around their preferences, including trips, social events, and recreational activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Using your passion and experience in cooking to create a varied, nutritious menu respecting residents' dietary needs
• Leading, training, and mentoring the kitchen team to deliver excellent dining experiences
• Maintaining high standards and innovating in cooking approaches
• Managing mandatory paperwork, including adherence to COSHH and HACCP guidelines, budgets, and orders
• Catering for special events and seasonal activities as required
