Job summary

The successful candidate will have:

• Experience in leading and motivating staff
• Experience in menu planning
• Ability to prepare cook and serve for approx. 300 school meals every day
• Understand the importance of providing healthy nourishing meals
• Complete food safety records
• Operate and control stock
• Ensure kitchen is clean, well maintained and organised at all times
• Understand budget control
• Maintain financial and admin records
