Job summary

Gather + Gather is seeking an ambitious Chef to join CH&CO on a full-time basis, contracted to 37.5 hours per week. You will prepare and serve high-quality meals that brighten clients' days in a market-leading UK food service environment.

You will oversee menu changes, supervise a team, and ensure hygiene standards while developing new concepts. City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ, and a Food Hygiene certificate are expected, with a flexible approach to shifts.

Qualifications

• Passion for great-tasting food and exceptional customer service.
• Experience supervising a kitchen team.
• Experience in a similar Chef role.
• Holding a Food Hygiene certificate.
• Flexible approach to working.

Responsibilities

• Prepare delicious, high-quality food for clients and customers.
• Oversee and implement menu changes.
• Identify opportunities to improve food services.
• Respond to customer feedback to improve service.
• Support creation of new menus and concepts.
• Represent CH&CO and maintain a positive brand image.
• Monitor inventories and ensure kitchen cleanliness.
