Job summary

Blue Arrow is recruiting Agency Chefs to work across schools, academies, colleges, and other education settings on Monday to Friday daytime shifts. You will prepare and serve nutritious meals for students and staff while upholding high hygiene and safety standards.

Roles involve cooking to menus, managing stock and supporting teams, with flexible opportunities and weekly pay. Candidates should have relevant school/education catering experience and DBS clearance or willingness to obtain one.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Chef within schools, care, hospitality, or contract catering.
• Valid Food Hygiene Certificate (Level 2 minimum preferred).
• Enhanced DBS Certificate (or willingness to obtain one).
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and cooking fresh meals to agreed menus and dietary requirements

The Role

As an Agency Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and serving nutritious, high-quality meals for students and staff while maintaining excellent food hygiene and safety standards.
