Qualifications

• Previous experience in a busy kitchen is essential.

• Willing to undergo in-house training in our Development Kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve menu items to a high standard as per company spec.
• Maintain food hygiene and health & safety standards and complete related paperwork.
• Receive deliveries and store food correctly.
• Keep the kitchen clean and safe.
