Job summary

McMullen & Sons Ltd. is seeking a Chef for its Classic Pubs concept. You will help create a warm, welcoming atmosphere and deliver classic pub dishes while supporting local events.

Qualifications

Previous experience of working within a busy kitchen is essential.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve the menu to a high standard as per company specifications.
Maintain food hygiene and health & safety standards and complete required paperwork.
Receive deliveries and maintain correct storage of food.
Keep the kitchen clean and safe at all times.
