Job summary

Raffles London at The OWO is seeking a Chef de Rang to deliver flawless guest service within Mauro Colagreco Restaurants, leading a station and guiding junior staff to ensure a memorable dining experience from arrival to departure.

You must communicate clearly in English, be a team player and work well under pressure. Experience in luxury hotel environments (LQA/Forbes 5*) is highly valued, with a passion for sustainability and guest delight.

Qualifications

• Clear English communication, both spoken and written.
• Enthusiasm and commitment to delivering exceptional service in a luxury setting.
• Proven ability to delight guests and maintain high service standards.
• Detail-oriented and able to work within a team.
• Flexible and able to respond to varying work situations.
• Experience in luxury hotel environments with high standards (LQA, Forbes 5*, or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day service within Mauro Colagreco Restaurants.
• Lead a station and supervise commis waiters to ensure smooth service.
• Act as the communication point between front of house and back of house.
• Assist with table settings and presenting dishes with professional knowledge.
• Ensure food is served in line with safety standards and guest expectations.
