Job Description

Situated within the prestigious Sofitel London St James, Wild Honey is a celebrated Michelin Star restaurant, known for its exceptional culinary experiences and impeccable service. We take pride in offering a sophisticated and welcoming environment where guests can indulge in the finest flavors.

We are currently seeking a talented and professional Chef de Rang to join our exceptional front-of-house team, delivering outstanding culinary experiences with warm, attentive, and seamless service.

Your Role & Responsibilities:

1. Provide friendly, professional, and courteous service to guests and colleagues at all times.
2. Present guests with the restaurant menu, offering guidance on availability and daily specials.
3. Maintain constant floor coverage and actively engage with guests to enhance their experience.
4. Attend and participate in pre-service briefings and ongoing training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
5. Develop a solid understanding of the food and beverage menus to confidently advise guests.
6. Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in all service areas.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a fine dining or Michelin-starred environment is highly desirable.
• A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Strong attention to detail, professionalism, and a proactive approach to service.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• The ability to work efficiently in a high-standard environment.
• A desire to continuously learn and develop expertise in fine dining service.
• Flexibility to work evening shifts, as this position is mainly for dinner service.
