Chucs Serpentine and Kensington is seeking a Chef de Partie for its busy Mediterranean/Italian restaurants and events space in London. You will be competent on all sections, including pastry, with at least 2 years' experience in a similar role.

We offer an excellent working environment, working 5 days out of 7 with straight shifts, sociable hours, and 28 days' holidays. There is a good opportunity to grow and develop with the group, and to train others as you progress.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience as Chef de Partie in a busy kitchen.
• Competent on all sections including pastry.
• Passionate about seasonality and using the best ingredients.

Responsabilités
