Skills

• Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a professional kitchen environment
• Strong knowledge of culinary technique
• Familiarity with EHO & Compliance
• Excellent organisational skills & the ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Communication skills to coordinate effectively with your colleagues
• Previous restaurant experience
• Ability to serve guests courteously when required
