• 1 year experience in a similar role desired, training provided.
• Good level of English and communication skills.
• Knowledge of allergens and health and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for prepping, cooking, and creating specs for new dishes.
• Maintain stock control and ensure kitchen operations run smoothly.

About you

• 1 years' experience in a similar role is desired, however training will be provided
• Knowledge of kitchen procedures including stock control, allergens and health and safety standards
• Good level of English and communication skills
• Staying calm under pressure as we are busy!
• Last but by no means least, a love of sport definitely helps!
