Job summary

Equipment Sales & Service Limited is recruiting a Chef de Partie for Defence-related catering on a full-time basis (37.5 hours per week). You will prepare high-quality food, supervise menus, and ensure excellent service across client sites within a market-leading defence food service provider in the UK.

The role emphasises hygiene, safety, and customer satisfaction, with opportunities for progression and training within the Career Pathways and MyLearning programmes.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Chef role.
• Hold a Food Hygiene certificate.
• City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Preparing delicious, high-quality food for clients and customers.
• Overseeing and implementing menu changes.
• Identifying opportunities to improve food services.
• Listening and acting on customer feedback to improve services.
• Supporting creation of new menus and food concepts.
• Representing Defence and maintaining a positive brand image.

We're currently recruiting an ambitious Chef de Partie to help us create exceptional food experiences for Defence on a full time basis contracted to 37.5 hours per week. As a Chef De Partie, you will be responsible for preparing and serving the kind of food that truly brightens our clients' and customers' days, all within the market-leading food service company in the UK. • Have experience supervising a team
• Have experience in a similar Chef role
• Hold a Food Hygiene certificate
• Have a flexible approach to working
