Please note: This role is contracted for 47 weeks per year.

What you'll be doing:

• Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to the required standards and specifications within your section, following food safety procedures
• Complying with all health & safety procedures and standards, including food information regulations and safety checks
• Managing a section of the kitchen to the required standards
• Directing tasks and training junior kitchen staff
• Properly storing and recovering food to minimize waste
• Assisting with food order processing and delivery receipt and storage
• Maintaining cleanliness of kitchens and work areas
• Using machinery and equipment correctly
• Performing other tasks to support food service operations
