Please note: This role is contracted for 47 weeks per year.

What you'll be doing:

• Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to required standards and specifications within your section/specialty, following food safety procedures
• Complying with all health & safety procedures and standards, including food information regulations and safety checks
• Managing a section of the kitchen to meet standards
• Training and directing kitchen staff and assistants in your section
• Properly storing and recovering food to minimize waste
• Processing food orders and managing deliveries
• Maintaining cleanliness of kitchens and work areas
• Using machinery and equipment correctly
• Performing other tasks to support food service delivery as needed

• Creative, with knowledge of current food trends
• Knowledgeable about hygiene, health, and safety regulations
