Humble Grape is a growing group in London seeking a hands-on, creative Chef to join the team and help grow with us. You will contribute to menu development, manage wage costs, train staff, and ensure dishes complement our wine list.

The role prioritises seasonality, sharing-style cooking, and cross-kitchen collaboration across all sections, helping build a kitchen culture that supports wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role, with the ability to manage wage costs, training and development, scheduling, and menu development
• A genuine passion for small plates and sharing-style cooking, with dishes built to work alongside wine
• A strong mindset around seasonality
• An open mind — willing to learn new techniques, develop your craft, and share your experience with the team
• Hands-on and willing to help out across every section of the kitchen
• Kind, compassionate, and a considerate communicator
• A genuine desire to build a kitchen culture that supports employee wellbeing
