Heartwood Collection is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team in Reading. This permanent, full-time role requires passion for fresh, seasonal dishes and the ability to work across multiple sections in a busy kitchen.

The role offers an hourly rate of £14.75–£15.25, with TRONC and potential earnings in line with target earnings. Training, staff discounts, and progression opportunities are available within the Heartwood Inns and Brasserie Blanc network.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years experience in a service setting with intermediate knife skills and working with classical cooking techniques.

Responsibilities

• Able to work at least 2 sections as part of the kitchen team and follow recipes.
