Job summary

Heartwood Collection is looking for a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. The role offers a competitive basic rate with TRONC and the potential to earn on target earnings.

You will contribute to delivering high-quality, seasonal dishes across multiple sections within our award-winning hospitality group. Qualifications

• Passion and track record in delivering great quality and fresh food.
• Able to work at least 2 sections as part of the kitchen team and follow recipes.
• 3-4 years experience or progression in a service setting with intermediate knife skills and classical cooking techniques.
