Hound Lodge on the Goodwood Estate is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. You will help prepare seasonal menus, work breakfasts, lunches and dinners, and support events while delivering high standards of food and hygiene.

You will collaborate with the Hound Lodge Private Chef and use local produce from Goodwood Home Farm, bringing creativity and a passion for hospitality to a memorable guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in a professional kitchen.
• Passion for food and hospitality.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist with seasonal menu preparation and delivery.
• Support breakfast, lunch, dinner and special events service.
• Prepare and present dishes to high standards.
• Maintain Food Hygiene and safety standards.
• Assist with stock rotation, storage and reducing waste.
• Support menu development and contribute ideas.
