Chef Results Ltd is recruiting three Chef de Parties for a four-star hotel with an excellent reputation for seasonal menus and high standards. You will service the Main Restaurant, Bar Lounge and Pastry Section with creativity and care.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in a hotel, NVQ 1 and 2; pastry experience is welcome. This permanent role offers mixed shifts, meals on duty, tips sharing and progression opportunities.

Competenze

• Stable background in a hotel position with 2–3 years experience.
• Pastry experience is welcomed for Chef de Partie.
• Good all-round knowledge of every kitchen section.
• Experience working with fresh quality produce.
• Innovative and creative with high presentation standards.
• Must hold NVQ 1 and NVQ 2.

An excellent opportunity for three Chef de Parties to join a four star Hotel that has an excellent reputation for the standard of food served in the restaurant. With a focus on the best seasonal produce, the menu is refined and always evolving. Chef De Parties required to service the Main Restaurant, Bar Lounge and Pastry Section.

Requirements:

The roles require Chef de Parties with a stable background preferably 2 to 3 years experience in a hotel position. Chef de Partie experienced in pastry is also sought. Chefs to have a good all round knowledge of every section. Must have experience of working with fresh quality produce. A Chef de Partie who is innovative and creative with a passion for culinary arts, pays attention to detail and has a high standard of presentation is required.

Must have NVQ 1 and 2
