South West London-based private club is seeking a Chef de Partie to join a professional kitchen team. The role offers £37,500 per annum with overtime and a 45-hour week, in a prestigious private members’ club known for high-quality ingredients and strong work-life balance.

Qualifications

THE ROLE:

As a Chef de Partie, you will work as part of a skilled and supportive kitchen team, producing high-quality food to the club’s members and guests.

You will be responsible for your section, maintaining excellent food quality and presentation, and ensuring high standards of hygiene and organisation at all times.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a good-quality restaurant, hotel, private members’ club or similar environment
• Strong knowledge of professional kitchen standards
• Good understanding of food safety and hygiene
• Ability to work well under pressure during busy services
• A reliable, positive and professional attitude
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Passion for producing consistently high-quality food
• Experience in a quality restaurant, hotel or members’ club is essential
