Job summary

The Dolphin Hotel, part of Hall & Woodhouse, sits in Beer beside the Jurassic Coast. We’re expanding the kitchen team and seek an experienced CDP/Section Chef or Line Chef to join a supportive crew and deliver great food in a buzzing service.

Salary is £14.00 per hour with tips, 60% off meals on shift, and a comprehensive benefits package. Permanent or seasonal contracts, plus genuine training and development opportunities including an apprenticeship pathway, await the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Hands-on chef with ability to run a section and maintain consistency.
• Trained in food safety, hygiene and allergen procedures.
• Comfortable working to spec with no variations.

Responsibilities

• Cook and help lead a busy kitchen service.
• Nail presentation and keep standards high during peak times.
