You will lead and support junior teammates, handle deliveries, maintain hygiene, and deliver work to tight deadlines with impeccable standards of service.

Qualificações

• Experience as Chef de Partie in a 5-star establishment or Michelin/AA rosette environment.
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene.
• Immaculate presentation and customer service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare all foods in the kitchen to the highest standards.
• Be quick, efficient and accurate, providing prompt service.
• Follow directions of the Culinary Director to maintain consistency and cost control.
• Receive and account for supplies and deliveries; follow hygiene and waste disposal practices.
• Lead and support junior team members; produce work to deadlines and quality guidelines.
