Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and present high-quality meals for patients, staff and visitors.
• Meet dietary and allergen requirements and deliver meals on time.
• Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene and cleanliness.
• Complete daily food safety records and stock checks.
• Support kitchen operations and rotation of dates; assist with cleaning and equipment.
