Qualifications

• Experience as Chef de Partie or in a similar professional kitchen environment.
• Knowledge of food hygiene, safety and health regulations.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and present high-quality meals for patients, staff and hospitality services.
• Ensure meals are delivered on time while meeting dietary/allergen requirements.
• Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene and cleanliness.
• Complete daily food safety records and stock checks.
• Support smooth kitchen operations and rotate dates.
• Provide friendly, professional service to patients, visitors and colleagues.
• Work with catering and ward teams and cover weekends when needed.
