• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury venue
• Passion for pastry, creative flair, and attention to detail
• Leadership and delegation skills, including training and mentoring abilities
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to work under pressure and flexibility
• Good command of English and confident communication skills
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United Kingdom
