Salary: £33,000 per annum

WHAT WILL KEEP YOU BUSY:
  • Assist the Head Chef/Sous Chef in kitchen operations, maintaining our reputation for food quality.
  • Help prepare and cook menu items as directed by the Manager.
  • Contribute to menu development, including exploring food trends and innovating service styles and concepts.
  • Support the Manager with stock taking when required.
  • Ensure the smooth and efficient running of your section.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
  • Leaving Cert level education or above.
  • NVQ qualification or equivalent.
  • Progressive experience in catering.
  • A passion for food and customer service.
  • Creativity and innovation in menus and food presentation.
THE GARNISH:
  • 28 days holiday inclusive of bank holidays.
  • 4 x 10-hour shifts (including one Friday per month).
