Role Responsibilities
  • Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations, ensuring food quality standards are met.
  • Help in preparing and cooking menu items as directed by the management.
  • Contribute to menu development, incorporating current food trends and innovative service concepts.
  • Support stock taking and inventory management as needed.
  • Ensure the efficient running of your designated section.
Qualifications
  • Leaving Certificate or equivalent qualification.
  • NVQ or similar culinary qualification.
  • Progressive experience in catering roles.
  • Passion for food and excellent customer service skills.
  • Creativity in menu design and food presentation.
  • Good listening and communication skills.
