Job summary

Compass Group UK in Liverpool is hiring a Chef de Partie to prepare and serve high-quality meals for breakfast, lunch and a salad bar. You will help manage menus, respond to customer feedback, and contribute to innovative food concepts.

The ideal candidate has experience as a chef, holds a Food Hygiene certificate, and a City & Guilds NVQ equivalent. 31 hours per week with Sunday to Wednesday shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar chef role.
• Hold a Food Hygiene certificate.
• City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Prepare delicious, high-quality food for breakfast, lunch and salad bar.
• Oversee and implement menu changes.
• Identify opportunities to improve our food services.
• Listen and act on customer feedback to improve services.
• Support creation of new menus and culinary concepts.
• Represent 14forty and maintain a positive brand image.
• Monitor inventories to keep kitchens well-stocked.
• Oversee kitchen cleaning to maintain hygiene standards.
• Comply with Food Handling, Hygiene and Health and Safety regulations.
