We are currently recruiting Chef de Parties to work across a variety of roles from restaurant and hotel kitchens to large events, sporting fixtures, and more.

You have the option of ongoing contract work with set venues or flexible work allowing you to choose your shifts and events.

This is a genuinely exciting opportunity to join a dedicated catering team committed to delivering high-quality, seasonal, and locally sourced fresh produce to customers. As the successful candidate, you will work as part of a catering team and use your initiative at venues including sports stadia, racecourses, hotels, arenas, and some of the UK's top heritage and tourist sites.

Responsibilities and Duties
  1. Cook to specification and contribute to menu creation.
  2. Product delivery, standards, and innovation.
  3. Liaise with front of house staff and management.
  4. Manage stock control, waste, and finances.
  5. Ensure health & safety, food hygiene, and maintenance standards are met.
  6. Adhere to health and safety legislation, COSHH, and other relevant regulations at all times.

Competitive pay starting from £16 per hour plus holiday pay (£17.93 per hour total), varying by location and role.

What are we looking for?
  • Valid food hygiene certificate. NVQ Level 1, 2, 3 Professional Cookery (or equivalent), or relevant experience.
  • Team player.
  • Good knowledge of food and a passion for delivering high-quality, affordable meals, both on-the-go and sit-down.
  • Eligible to work in the UK.
