Job summary

The Woburn Hotel, flagship site within Upham Inns, is seeking a Chef de Partie to join a busy kitchen team in Milton Keynes. You will handle your section, support the Head Chef, and help maintain high standards while developing your culinary skills in a supportive, ambitious environment.

Live-in accommodation is available, with opportunities to grow within the business as Upham Inns expands its acclaimed dining offer across the group.

Qualifications

Be able to demonstrate experience in a similar level position, as well as an aptitude for leadership.
Candidates with skills in preparing high quality fresh food dining will be at a particular advantage.
Have the Right to Work in the UK

Responsibilities

Be happy running a section ensuring high standards are maintained at all times.
Assist the Head chef/Sous chef in the smooth running of the kitchen.
Setting an example and guiding for junior chefs.
To complete all training in a timely manner.
To comply with the statutory requirements for fir, health and safety, licensing and employment law and to ensure that other team members are also aware of these requirements and are working in accordance with them.
Ensuring that you can follow the Food safety laws and requirements.
Have a positive and approachable manner alongside strong team player qualities
